Professional Photography Process

Before the camera crew arrives, Brad's team walks through the property to identify the strongest angles, the ideal shooting sequence, and any preparation needed. We advise on staging adjustments, decluttering priorities, and lighting setup. This 30-minute consultation prevents costly reshoots and ensures every room is camera-ready.

Our architectural photographers use High Dynamic Range (HDR) techniques — capturing multiple exposures at each angle and merging them in post-production to represent the full tonal range of every space. The result is photography that shows both the bright exterior through windows AND the properly lit interior simultaneously, something standard single-exposure photography cannot achieve.

For properties above $900K, we schedule a separate twilight session to capture the home at dusk — when interior lighting glows warmly against the darkening sky. This produces some of real estate photography's most compelling imagery. We also capture lifestyle images: the morning light in the kitchen, the view from the deck, the lake from the backyard — emotional storytelling that sells the life buyers want.

For properties with park backing, lake access, ravine views, large lots, or acreage, aerial photography is not optional — it's essential. Our licensed drone operators capture 4K aerial stills and video that communicate lot context, neighbourhood setting, and natural amenities that no ground-level camera can convey. For Parkland, Discovery Ridge, Heritage Pointe, and lake community properties, aerial is the most powerful single marketing tool.

Every image goes through professional post-production: colour correction, lens distortion removal, sky replacement (where applicable), virtual twilight enhancement, and final composition review. We do not deliver raw files — every image that represents your home has been professionally edited to the standard of architectural and interior design publications.
