Sundance · Living Guide
Sundance has been a beloved Calgary lake community since 1985 — nearly four decades of residents building a community around the private lake. The maturity of the trees, the depth of the neighbourhood character, and the activity of the community association are things that no newer community can replicate.
Downtown: 28-35 minutes. MacLeod Trail and Deerfoot Trail provide multiple access routes. Shawnessy CTrain is accessible for transit commuters.
The lake is the social hub — summer beach days, fishing, evening strolls along the lake pathway. The Sundance Community Association hosts dozens of events annually. Fish Creek Park borders the community.
Mix of long-term residents who raised children here and move-up buyers attracted by the lake and established character. Increasingly attracting buyers from newer SE communities who value the mature trees and community identity.
