Saunders & Co. Luxury Real Estate is a residential real estate practice in Calgary, Alberta, operating under The Real Brokerage. Brad Saunders is a licensed real estate professional in the Province of Alberta.

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the property address and property details you choose to share, and anything you write in a message. If you subscribe to the monthly newsletter, we also store the name and areas of interest you provide.

Information collected automatically: the pages you visit and how you arrived (including advertising and campaign parameters), an anonymous session identifier used to connect repeat visits, approximate location derived from your IP address, and standard device and browser information.

We do not collect payment information through this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

To reply to your enquiry and prepare the valuation or market analysis you asked for.

To send the monthly Calgary market newsletter you subscribed to, and nothing else.

To keep a record of our conversations so follow-up does not repeat what you have already told us.

To understand which pages and campaigns help people, and to improve the site.

When you submit a form or subscribe to the newsletter, you consent to the uses described above. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing or calling us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we have already done with your information.

Service providers who run parts of this operation on our behalf: our website and database platform (Base44), our email provider (Google Workspace), and, once measurement is enabled, Google Analytics. These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.

Our brokerage, and regulators, courts or other authorities where the law requires it.

Listing and market data shown on this site comes from the Calgary Real Estate Board data feed and remains the property of CREB.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not hand it to other agents for their own marketing.

The site uses cookies and browser storage for basic function, such as remembering that a popup has already been shown, and for measurement once analytics is enabled (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out for its analytics. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using the site.

For as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for the period required by Alberta real estate record-keeping and tax rules. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete your information we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Contact us at bradsaundersrealestate@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada accepts complaints about how a business handles personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through this site.
